1985 No1 Mill site landscaped for use as playing fields.

1985 No2 Mill used by Dewhurst Dent Holdings Ltd, G & R Dewhurst (CMT) Curtains Ltd, Dewhurst Printing Company.

2008 The Mill is to be demolished and replaced with apartments, the reason given by the council is the mill no longer reflects the image of the surrounding area.
If that was the case the whole of Bolton needs to be bulldozed for in my view the buildings designed today do not have character and will not be still standing in another 100 years time.
